Annamarie brings over ten years of experience across software sales, investment, product development, and strategy. She has worked at large tech firms including SAP and ServiceNow, as well as in Private Equity - gaining international exposure in China, Germany, US, and UK.
As co-founder and CEO of Krcmar&, she helps deep tech and AI start-ups and scale-ups commercialize their technology and find the right partners for their next stage of growth. She was awarded Best of Technology by WirtschaftsWoche and has been recognized as one of Germany's Top 25 Women in Tech. Annamarie co-founded RetainHer and women2business, and holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.

Helmut is Professor of Information Systems at the Technical University of Munich and co-founder of Krcmar&. As a serial founder of IT services companies including ITM and Qupe, an Exist Seed Partner to Celonis, numi solutions, and Munevo, and a co-investor in Stellavent and Tür an Tür Digitalfabrik, he brings deep expertise in building and scaling technology ventures. He is a former board member of Münchner Kreis and the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM), and a member of Business Angels Deutschland (BAND).
